The reason why the hand pulling hoist cannot be pulled 
 
1, If the hand pulling hoist cannot be pulled by hand chain, it may be because the chain was stuck. If the chain is stuck in the middle of the shell and sprocket, we certainly cannot pull the hand pulling chain. The overload also cannot be pulled. 
Solution: If necessary, find someone to open the gourd cover shell, reorganize the hand chain to smooth. 
 
2, In the process of use, there may be impurities dropped in the hand pulling hoist inside, resulting in the phenomenon of the stuck chain. 
Solution: Every time after the use of hand pulling hoist, please clean and maintain the it in a timely manner. Ensure that the hoist is in normal use. 
 
3, The reason why the hand pulling chain of hand pulling hoist cannot be pulled may also be because of the hand trigger sprocket. If there are some faults in the process of meshing between hand chain and the hand trigger chain, at this time, we cannot pull the hand chain. 
Solution: Check whether the hand pulling chain is damaged or the chain is damaged. The parts need to be replaced if they cannot be repaired. 
 
4. If the transmission mechanism of hand pulling hoist has broken down, which results in that they cannot complete the normal transfer action. So, the hand pulling hoist cannot run when we pull the hand pulling chain.

(1) When using the hand trigger hoist, the starting weight shall not exceed the permissible load and shall be used in accordance with the marked starting weight. 
 
(2) When using it, you cannot arbitrarily lengthen the handle. Because the lifting weight of the hand trigger hoist is limited, the double-hand pull force also has a certain size, the extended handle will cause the hand pulling hoist overload, resulting in damage in components. 

(3) Regularly check the wire rope for wear and kinks, wire break, broken strands, if some of which do not conform to the safe use, they must be replaced. 

(4) Because the hand pulling hoist works in the use of clamps alternately clamped wire rope, so it should use steel core wire rope rather than the hemp core wire rope. Because the hemp core rope is soft and elastic, it is easy to loosen after clamping, so it is unsafe. 

(5) Hand pulling hoist should be comprehensively inspected and tested before using and should have maintenance after using.
